We will be grinding, seasoning, and mixing every Saturday from 8:00am till noon, beginning November 3rd thru January. Please call ahead to reserve a time and order the trimmings, seasonings, and /or supplies you will need.
• Grinding .25/lb (.15/lb if you buy trimmings from us)
• Mixing .25/lb (.15/lb if you buy the seasonings from us)
• Grinding & Mixing .50/lb. (.30/lb if you buy trimmings and seasonings from us)
